If your product is damaged/defective at the time of receiving, simply return it to us in the complete and original packaging (together with all items and manuals) within 7 days of the date of receipt. We will replace it and if product is not available then we will refund it.

We will gladly replace the item, or return your money.

How to request a return

Step 1.

Call us at +91 99582 47808 to make arrangements for a return. We will need the invoice number, ordering date, receiving date, product number, and quantity to be returned.

Step 2.

Ship the unopened product to Green Decor. Refer Shipping guidelines for returned products.

Step 3.

After receiving the shipment, we will notify you of the same and then initiate an inspection of the product to check refund eligibility. Refer Refunds guidelines for returned products.

Returns guidelines

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• Your item must be with the price tag or original accessories otherwise we do not entertain your request.

• Your item must be in the original packaging.

• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

• Returns of goods will be accepted only for Damaged/Defective products. Replacement shall be considered only if the damage/defect is reported to us with photographic evidence in writing within 3 working days from the receipt of the product.

• A refund will be provided in case replacement for the same product is not available. We normally process the refund in 3-4 days from the date of receipt of material at our end.

•       We don’t accept cancellations

• We only refund shipping charges for damaged orders. All other shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping guidelines for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Only shipping costs are refundable. No other cost will be refunded.  If you receive a refund, the cost of Shipping & return shipping will be added in your refund.

Green Decor recommends that you:

1. Use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and 

2. Either insure your package for safe return to Green Decor or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. 

If you choose not to (1) Use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) Insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Refunds guidelines for retuned products

• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. 

• We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

• If your return is approved, We will refund the amount. 

• We will initiate a refund to your bank account (or original method of payment). 

• You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days mostly it is 10 -15 days, depending on your bank/card issuer's policies. 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Normally we deliver products in 7-12 days at your doorstep. 

• No hidden charges are there, our shipping charges include shipping cost + taxes. 

• Shipping charges may be revised/vary as per our logistics partners. 

• If the package is damaged/opened please do not receive the order from the courier boy and ask him to send back to us. We will replace your order in that case without any extra cost.

 Product Policy

• Green Decor offers products handcrafted by artisans with the closest attention, great care, and love. 

• There might be possibilities of a slight variation in the finished product as it is hand finished and specially handcrafted.

• The product might be slightly different from the shown picture.

• There are possibilities of a slight color difference in the image shown on the website and the original product due to the effect of light and editing.
